Main problem for users is the usage of different applications. Calling our support line results in 80% cases with solving the problem remotely via our remote support application. Also the work process benefits from this since it eliminates the time needed for the technician to physically reach the location- work process can continue right away, no need to wait for technician to arrive. Of course when serious problems occur the emergency technician arrives quickly. |
